Week Seven - Every Believer's Dilemma: About What Really Matters

Sermon Audio / Video

Key Verse:

I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Henceforth there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, will award to me on that Day, and not only to me but also to all who have loved his appearing.
— 2 Timothy 4:7-8

Gospel Assurance

A gospel assurance is a truth about our identity in Christ that speaks into a specific doubt or fear and enables us to live fully as a child of God. For Paul, even after being deserted by Demas, he was still able to write, preach, and remain faithful to the end. The gospel gave him peace in his present situation knowing Jesus would never desert him. Where do you need to reposition your focus and trust?

This week's assurance: John 14:2-3
